QTI 

We now have a QTI Scanner in our office, for screening and diagnostic studies.

Initially Dr. Roseman is working with the company to compare the QT technology with our Siemens Automated Whole Breast Scanner.

​

We have a limited number of appointments available for our existing patients, and for new patients.

 

All new patients must have a provider visit/appointment scheduled just prior to the scan, The provider visit will be covered by your existing medical insurance, but the QT scan will not be covered. There is no billable CPT code for QT yet. The cost of the scan is $750.

Typical indications for QT scan are:

1. 1st degree relative (parents, siblings, children) who have had Breast Cancer

2. Mutation in a gene that increases risk for Breast Cancer

3. Breast Density identified on prior imaging

4. Refusing Annual Mammograms
